Growing Home Southeast, Inc. is committed to providing quality, strength-based services to families, youth and children in South Carolina and southern Alabama. We utilize a multi-disciplined treatment model that focuses on the strengths of individuals and families through an array of specialized services. We currently have a position opening with our Low Country Community Based Prevention Services program.
Case Manager will be responsible for providing assessment, support, and case management services to children and families referred by the South Carolina Department of Social Services (SCDSS) for suspected abuse and/or neglect. Case Manager must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work or a related field and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with families and children served by the SCDSS. Case Manager must be knowledgeable about SCDSS programs, services, rules, laws and procedures as well as community services.
Home visitation required. Service area includes Richland, Fairfield, and Kershaw counties. Work must be conducted in a professional and ethical manner. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must be able to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Must have reliable transportation and automobile insurance. Background checks required. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
